Fresh tomatoes from the backyard garden. I don't know how many pounds I ended up with, but from six plants I had enough for pasta through the winter. I dried pounds away and enjoyed them with their cousins-turned sauce on homemade pizzas two or three times a week as I was working to "perfect" my pizza dough.
